One day in 2023, the idea came to us that maybe we would like to learn and produce high-quality scented candles, and after almost a year and a half spent on the Internet looking for as much information as possible, and we managed to produce the first scented candle, and since then we have been producing more than just soy. or coconut wax candles, as well candles from natural beeswax from one of the waxes collected in the province of Lithuania.

We do not use any automated devices to help us produce more product, all making manually.

When you have ordered one or more items and the order and payment have been completed, your item will be posted within 5 working days (except weekends and holidays).
Should the package not appear as expected, you must contact your nearest post office and ask for it. It sometimes happens that it is available for collection without the recipient having received a collection slip.

NOTE: Look carefully to see if you should have received a collection slip, and be sure that the address on your letterbox is the same as the one you made your order to.

If we receive the package back, you will of course hear from us.

None of the information entered during a transaction is passed on or sold to third parties.
Our entire website is encrypted with HTTPS security. When you are forwarded to our payment window, it is SSL encrypted and therefore you can be sure that your entered information will never be shared with anyone else, not even ourselves.

Delivery conditions
When you have ordered one or more items and the order and payment have been completed, your item will be posted.
We send our packages with Dao, GLS or Postnord.

It is important that you remember to pick up your parcel at the selected parcel shop if it has been delivered there, otherwise your order will be sent back to us. If we receive the package back, you will of course hear from us.

Right of return
You have 14 days right of return, during which you must pay the postage for the return freight yourself. Return goods please enclose name and invoice number. All goods MUST be returned in original and undamaged packaging, i.e. Possibly. boxes must be in the same condition as on receipt. Various fuses/stickers must be intact.

The refund of the item will be made within 5 days of receipt of the returned item.

If there are any problems or anything else, you are always welcome to contact me. I am only interested in fully satisfied customers. There is a solution to every problem.

Payment terms
We accept payment with the following payment cards: Dankort, Visa, Visa electron, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB. In the case of a refund, it can take up to 10 working days before you can see the money returned to your account.

We do not deduct the payment from your account until the item has been dispatched from us.

Right of complaint
In accordance with the legislation on online trading, there is of course a right of complaint. This means that you have a 14-year right of withdrawal and a 2-year right of complaint if the purchased item turns out to have a fault that was present when you received the item.

Reservation
We reserve the right for price errors/typing errors, price changes and out-of-stock items.
